Next Session: Saturday, April 6th, 2019
Location: GameKnight Games, 519 Osborne St
Here at GameKnight Games, we have a wide variety of Reaper miniatures, unpainted Wizkids miniatures, Games Workshop and more, as well as paints and supplies from Army Painter. Starting to paint your own minis can be a daunting task. Fortunately, we’ve found the solution – Painting Tutorials!
Held roughly once per month on a Saturday, we provide the space and the instruction for anyone who wants to come down, whether it be to learn how to paint, to improve your own skills, or just to have some company while you work on a new project. The tutorials are run by a local artisan by the name of Craig Pauls, who volunteers his time to help you in your painting endeavours. And the best part – it’s free! Regardless of your skill level, whether you have your own paints and brushes or not, everyone is welcome to come down to our tutorials, all you have to provide is a mini to paint and your own time and enthusiasm.
This session will feature techniques used for painting scales and dragonhide! There are so many amazing dragon figures out there, and even more variety of beasties that have scaled skin. Bring out your scalekind and paint with us!
Doors open at the store at 10 am on Saturdays, and the tutorial starts around 10:30 am, running until roughly 4-5 pm. Our next tutorial is coming up alongside our next game day. Hope to see you there!
