Before you pre-order an item from GameKnight's webstore, please be sure you have read and understand the following policies.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

By default, all orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?

In order to avoid additional delivery or shipping fees, we will by default wait until the entire order is here and available before we make it available for pickup or send it out for delivery or shipping. If you want to receive a part of your order before everything has arrived, please contact us. Additional delivery or shipping fees may apply.

PRE-ORDER REFUND POLICY

Pre-Orders are non-refundable. If you want to cancel a pre-order, you will receive the value of the ordered products, before taxes, in store credit issued to your account.

Please be sure you want a product before you pre-order it. In the event of a stock shortage, we will give you the option of refunding your payment or holding the pre-order until stock does arrive. We can discuss these options with you at that time.

PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference back as a webstore gift card. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change.

This guarantee does not apply to TCG Singles as they are final sale.

HAS THIS RELEASED/ARRIVED YET?

A Product has been released once the "Pre-Order" text in its name has been removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
