Canada Post Strike

Note: While Canada Post is on strike, letter mail (including TCG Singles shipping below) and any parcels already sent out will be delayed. For new parcel shipments, we will be using alternative courier services.

 

GameKnight's online store has a number of options to help get your games into your hands. 

Pick-Up: Pick-up at 519 Osborne Street during store business hours. Please head to the front counter and have your order number ready for faster pick-up.

Abandoned Orders

If an order is not picked up within 60 days of it being ready, the pre-tax value of the order, minus a 15% restocking fee will be returned to the buyer in the form of a webstore gift card, and the items returned to our stock.

Individual collectible products such as Magic: the Gathering singles will instead have either the aforementioned value OR the current value, whichever is lowest, returned to the buyer in the form of a webstore gift card, and the items returned to our stock.

Delivery: Delivery within Winnipeg usually costs $7-$20 depending how close you are to the store. There is a minor fuel surcharge as well, but we estimate it should be mere pennies for most everyone. 

On orders over $50, we'll reduce the delivery fee by $5.00. On orders over $125, we will reduce it by $15. On orders of $200 or more, delivery will be free.

We are using a local delivery service called Trexity. They employ local drivers and are a Canadian company. 

 

Shipping: Free on orders over $200 before tax. If you live outside of Winnipeg, you can select Shipping to have the order shipped via Canada Post straight to your mailing address. Cost may vary.

Be aware that Canada is cold, and some products don't freeze well. This is not GameKnight's doing.

GameKnight is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the courier. 

 

ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES

Orders containing only TCG singles are eligible for flat rate $3.00 shipping. These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance and have no extra notifications.

If the order meets or exceeds $200.00 before taxes and shipping charges, your order will be eligible for free shipping. These shipments will be sent out via Expedited Parcel.
