Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

GameKnight's online store has a number of options to help get your games into your hands.

Pick-Up: Curb-side pick-up at 519 Osborne Street during store business hours. Please have your order number ready for faster pick-up.

Delivery: Our delivery system calculates a rate based on the distance between the store and your delivery address. We then adjust this number based on the value of your order as follows:

Up to $50: No change.
$50-$100: Delivery fee reduced by $7.00
$100-$150: Delivery fee reduced by $14.00
$150-$200: Delivery fee reduced by $21.00
$200+: Delivery fee waived

March 17th, 2022 Update: Rocketing gas prices have forced us to readjust our delivery fees in order to maintain viability of the service.
This system does cause customers living closer to the store to receive free deliveries on lower-valued orders. We are working hard to continue servicing the entirety of the city, but transportation costs are getting more and more expensive.
We're very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

We'll deliver your product to your residence within the city limits, aiming for the afternoon. Orders will be delivered either same-day or the next business day, Monday-Saturday. We're doing our best to get product out as soon as possible.

We are using a new delivery service that employs local drivers. We appreciate your understanding while we work with a new service.

Shipping: Free on orders over $200 before tax. If you live outside of Winnipeg, you can select Shipping to have the order shipped via Canada Post straight to your mailing address. Cost may vary.

ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES

Orders containing only TCG singles are eligible for flat rate $2.00 shipping. These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance.

If the order meets or exceeds $200.00 before taxes and shipping charges, your order will be eligible for free shipping. These shipments will be sent out via Expedited Parcel.

GameKnight is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the courier. Be aware that Canada is cold, and some products don't freeze well. This is not GameKnight's doing.
