March 15, 2022 and Mask Mandates

On March 15th, when provincial mask mandates are removed, GameKnight intends to continue requiring masks to be worn at all times in our building.

We understand this is a contentious issue in our province, and that everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. Each individual business is now being left to make their own decision. We understand that some of our customers may disagree with our decision, and we respect that disagreement. We know that some may choose to take their business elsewhere, and while that saddens us, we respect that, too. We ask that, in return, you respect our decision, knowing that it’s motivated by the desire to keep our staff and customers as safe as we can.

For those customers that want to continue shopping at GameKnight but do not want to wear a mask, we will make every effort to assist you with other ways to shop, be it helping with the use of our webstore or processing curbside purchases.

We ask for understanding, patience and respect for our business and more importantly, our staff. Everyone here has been working hard to maintain the highest level of service during some of the most stressful and difficult times over the past two years while also keeping everyone safe.

If you should wish to express your opinion to GameKnight management, please feel welcome to reach out through email to info@gameknight.ca, and we will gladly listen to your thoughts. But please understand you should not take out your frustration on our staff.
