Dead of Winter

Players: 2 - 5
Age: 13+
Complexity: Heavy
Playing Time: 60 - 120 Minutes

Dead of Winter is a semi-cooperative psychological survival game where in 2 to 5 players each take control of a conclave of survivors looking to make it through the winter in the middle of a zombie apocalypse! With most of humanity either dead or turned into flesh-hungry monsters, it's up to you to make the hard choices necessary in order to survive. Players will need to work together to complete objectives and survive this apocalyptic winter by gathering supplies, dealing with outside threats, and working to keep morale up.

Watch out though! Not everyone is keen on working together. Each survivor has their own secret goals they need to accomplish in order to win, and they must be completed before the current main objective is done. Some secret goals may align with your colony's objectives. Others may be much more selfish, and violence may even be a part of it, too! To win the game, you must complete your secret agenda before the main objective is complete. Anyone who fails to complete their objective before the end of the game loses. It's entirely possible that the entire colony can be wiped out, too! You'll need to make the hard choices to make it through the winter.

If cutthroat survival isn't your thing, Dead of Winter also comes with rules to support a fully cooperative experience where players work towards a shared goal with no personal goals.

Life Siphon

Players: 2 - 4
Age: 13+
Complexity: Medium
Playing Time: 30 - 60 Minutes

Dragons have taken over the surface and chased humanity underground! In your search for survival, you come across a strange box affixed with a glowing eye. Despite the obvious warnings to NOT TOUCH THIS BOX, you and your friends open it... only to become cursed! The only cure is to use your dwindling life force to fuel your newfound magic and eliminate your former friends. There is a catch, however: you may only attack the person on your left, and you are only attacked by the person on your right. That's not all, either! You can use your magic to summon familiars, which are capable of aiding you in combat and also in securing more life points for you to further cast your spells. Magic is divided into "fast" and "slow" spells; fast spells can be used any time, but slower ones can only be used on your turn.

You need to balance using your life force to attack while ensuring you don't lower your guard to the point of being taken out by another player. The game ends when one player's life drops to 0, so weigh each choice you make as if it would be your last!

Mansions of Madness

Age: 14+
Complexity: Medium
Playing Time: 120+ Minutes

Mansions of Madness is a fully cooperative game that takes you through the veiled streets of Innsmouth and beyond as your investigative team searchers for answers and respite in a world brimming with eldritch horrors. Of course, your physical health isn't all you need to keep an eye on, as you can be driven insane by the very events transpiring around you, requiring you to fulfill new, secret objectives.
Through the use of the free Companion App, you and your team are guided through each of the four secnarios included with the game as you solve puzzles and fight horrors to stave off insanity and death! Mysterium

Players: 2 - 7
Age: 10+
Complexity: Light
Playing Time: 30 - 60 Minutes

Mysterium is a game of deduction and interpretation where the goal is to solve a murder mystery... by talking to the dead! Well, "talking" is a bit of a stretch. One player takes on the role of an amnesiac ghost — the victim of a grisly murder — and silently provides the other players (who take on the role of psychic mediums) with the clues necessary to find the culprit. You only have seven hours (or turns) to find the culprit, or the ghost will dissipate for the Other Side, allowing the murderer to get off free.

As a cooperative experience, the mediums in Mysterium must work together to find the murderer, the weapon used, and the location the crime occurred before time is up. If the mediums can't come to a consensus by the end, the players lose!

One Week Ultimate Werewolf

Players: 3 - 7
Age: 8+
Complexity: Light
Playing Time: 30 - 60 Minutes

In One Week Ultimate Werewolf, just like its predecessor One Night Werewolf, each player is given a role to determine as they make their way through a spooky Ludwig Castle in this mixture of a social deduction and board game. Each game is different as you only see a handful of rooms each time you play. At the start of the game, each player is given one of three roles before they begin making their way through the castle: either Villager, Werewolf, or Tanner. Each role has its own objectives and victory conditions.
To win, the Villagers must use their deduction skills to "sniff" out the werewolf and vote to eliminate them. However, the werewolf wins if instead a Villager is the one to get the most votes and be executed. And finally, the ever-crazy Tanner can win if they get the most votes at the end of the round. To make things even more complicated, roles can switch throughout the game before the final trial takes place, and you are actively encouraged to bluff to try and suss out what role each other player has. The Werewolf and Tanner even want to sow misinformation to throw the Villagers off. It's a game of bluffing and deception as you try to find the monster among you!

Unfathomable

Players: 3 - 6
Age: 14+
Complexity: Medium
Playing Time: 120+ Minutes

Unfathomable is a hidden role game that takes place on a ship called the SS Atlantica. Mysterious Deep Ones have taken over and are poised to sabotage the ship, killing everyone aboard. Players start the game by selecting one of several characters each with their own abilities that determine what cards you can draw and what you can do each turn. Once that's done, each player is dealt a loyalty card that determines their role, either a Human or a Deep One Hybrid (and, 4+ player games, there's also the Cultist).

One to two players take on the role of these hybrids as they work to secretly sabotage systems. The crew of the ship must work to maintain the ships systems and resources, prevent or repair any damage incurred, and of course, fend off the Deep Ones to ensure they complete their voyage to Boston.

Meanwhile, the Cultist is trying to help the Humans until the last minute, before turning on them and ensuring the Deep Ones win while close enough to the shore that they can survive. Complicating things further are crises that crop up at the end of every turn, from requiring "Food Rationing" or dealing with a "Hull Leak", and all players must work together to deal with each crisis as they pop up. It's a tense game where players need to work together while watching their backs for the mythos that stalk the ship.

Zombie Dice

Players: 2 - 99
Age: 10+
Complexity: Light
Playing Time: Under 30 Minutes

In this fast and fun dice game, you are a zombie, and you want brains. It's a smorgasbord of monstrous proportions as you try to gobble up as many brains as you possible can before the rest of the zombie horde gets them. Grab 3 dice at random from the cup and give them a roll! If you feel lucky, you can get 3 more dice to roll from the cup and keep going.
Don't let your guard down, though! It's not as simple as grabbing the nearest survivor and chomping down. They're fighting back and packing heat! If you roll your dice and accumulate 3 shotgun blasts, your turn is over and you can't get any more brains.
Keep going until every zombie has had a turn and tally up your score. Once one player reaches 13 brains, the round is over and the player with the most brains wins! It's a game of luck and risk for the whole zombie family!

Exit: The Catacombs Of Horror

Players: 2 - 4
Age: 16+
Complexity: Medium
Playing Time: 120-240 Minutes

  • Gloomy vaults lie under the city of lights. The catacombs of Paris swallow the light, secrets, and — apparently — also people. After the mysterious disappearance of a friend in the catacombs, players in Exit: The Game – The Catacombs of Horror embark on a mysterious search through the underground labyrinth. Will players be able to find their friend in time and escape this cavernous world full of dark mysteries?

Like other titles in the series, Exit: The Game – The Catacombs of Horror includes components meant to be folded, written upon, or torn, so it's marketed as a single-use game. What's different in this game is that it consists of two parts, with each part being its own challenge.

    Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu

    Players: 2 - 4

    Complexity: Medium
    Playing Time: 40 Minutes

Beings of ancient evil, known as Old Ones, are threatening to break out of their cosmic prison and awake into the world. Everything you know and love could be destroyed by chaos and madness. Can you and your fellow investigators manage to find and seal every portal in time? Hurry before you lose yourself to insanity.

In Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu, you'll experience the classic Pandemic gameplay with an horrific twist that'll have you face twelve Old Ones, each threatening the world with their unique powers. As players take on the roles of investigators attempting to seal a series of portals before monsters of unspeakable horror pour into our world there is, of course, a high risk of the investigators losing their own minds.

Instead of curing diseases like in the original Pandemic, players seal portals and shut down cults in the classic New England fictional towns of Arkham, Dunwich, Innsmouth, and Kingsport. Can you and your fellow investigators manage to find and seal every portal in time? Hurry before you lose yourself to insanity and the evil that lurks beneath your feet...

    Complexity: Medium Light
    Playing Time: 45-60 Minutes

Eventually, those worms will attack. If you are in their path of destruction, you better be prepared for a fight!
